Mako and Rosen are merely hired hands of the investment bank or hedge fund that has sold millions of non existent shares of CTIX stock. That firm stood to lose lots of money had CTIX listed on the NASDAQ forcing them to cover.
They have postponed the inevitable and are doing what they can to frustrate investors in the hope they will lose faith and sell. That is not working either although most CTIX investors are in the red. I am proud of the fact that rather than settle with these crooks CTIX is fighting back and it is my hope this is but the first round and Sullivan/Ashcroft will continue until such times as all who have participated in trying to steal investors funds and bankrupt CTIX are both exposed and prosecuted. I will be disappointed should the effort be anything less. Proud to be a shareholder. Go CTIX!!!
