A few things, a RS is normally a bad thing (in pinky land) and the pps tanks. At that point either adv. down or bail.
BUT sometimes Companies RS to get share structure in line and attract bigger investors.
IMO, HCTI has a good product that is in production and on shelves.
The EPA is on board (good thing)
IMO, I think this one plays a little different. As long as share count stays low and Co. does not issue too many new ones, everyone should make bank on this one.......
Good Luck and do not panic if share price falls, MM's try and scare for cheap shares. HOLD Them shares tight.......
