Are we paying down convertibles by a Million? now as we speak? and how much of the shares can be expected to be reduced?

Once completed we will finalize the other pending agreements which will reduce our convertible notes payable by close to a million dollars and allow us to significantly reduce the number of shares needed in servicing debt moving forward.
Can we expect a further reduction? or am i not getting this correct?
