If I'm not mistaking, when NTGL was spun off it was a 85/15 share split between NTEK and shareholders. There is 450 million total shares @ 15% = 67.5 million shares to shareholders.
On the closing day of the spinoff whatever shares % you held in NTEK you should receive 15% of your share value of the 67.5 share NTGL
I could be wrong but I think that's what will happen.
