I only know what I posted and still have not had the time to read it all. Do not know.
IMO a major issue in the case is the SEC demamnding the Hard Drive be returned. Even having to go to a Fed Judge for the order to have it returned.
The SEC argued there was information on the HD the defendants should not have access too. I have questioned The Dick Buttwipe 100's of times how many times the SEC does this. He ignores the question by never replying.
For them to request it back is very rare. The only reason we were told was an e-mail communication between The SEC attorney and 2 ICE Agents. Then The DIck says that is the norm.
