I'm interested in Theralase Technologies ( TLTFF, V.TLT ) but when I tried to buy shares I was informed that Tradeking will not sell that security, that I would have to call them to purchase at an additional $50. Is there a way to buy this stock without the aid of my brokerage. I am very new to the stock market. Any input here is much appreciated.
