I use ETrade & they haven't adjusted my accounts to reflect the RS either.
Talked to them yesterday & all they can tell me is they're waiting for some additional parameters of the RS to be formalized from the transfer agent.
I have no idea what that means.
I'm gonna' call them tomorrow and ask to speak to a supervisor or senior customer rep. Maybe they can better estimate the update completion on my account.
