I agree it should have been placed in their upcoming corporate update for all eyes to see at same time (as much as possible). I wouldn't want to know about this second hand thru someone 7 days later. Karinca could have been a non-shareholder (we know she isn't) and received this info before all shareholders.

Hopefully, they learn from this, someone needs to call them out on it. That's one reason I wanted the email address.
