this is the cynic in me as to how i see some of the last trades on CTIX today

notice the 2 block trades ..

15:24:40 1.21 15000 OTO

and

15:33:10 1.20 12500 OTO

the first thing i check is the PPS traded at .. 1.20 for 12500/1.21 for 15000
(difference of 2500 in *volume*)

see the 100 that starts the the first block trade .. imo it's one of the signals'
utilized for the PRIMARY MM reporting to Finra for the month of July 2016

so i next look to see if the next round of trades = 2500
(2500 + 12500 = 15000)

and this is what is shows .. 676+598+524+202 = 2000 .. note the 3rd
100 and 400 for the 2500 .. out of this round .. this leaves a 100 trade which *mirrors* the first 100 trade .. that sets up this round (note all 3 100s
are at different price points which imo are potentially also signals for MM accountability re: monthly data)
