That otcmarkets site is really inaccurate. If I trusted it, I'd say, there's very little supply for sale above these levels.

I think that the shorts did a tremendous covering today (look at volume). And I also think that the AVXL/CTIX revolving door crowd sold AVXL at the top on Monday (which is why it started tanking), and now just undoubtedly incredibly coincidentally, they were able to buy into CTIX at lows thanks to the SA article.
