The notion that trump and the GOP are not, will not be, a cut taxes AND spend, fairy dust economic 'engine' goes against their recent history, and their current history in several States.
Can't do bigger military and infrastructure without tax increase. Nowhere near enough spending cuts available to offset expenditures.
