(the “Company”), in response to its Premarket Notification 510(k) submission for “The Time Machine” Series Laser, received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) to market its infrared Time Machine TTML-8102000 Laser Thermal Therapeutic Device. Given the FDA clearance the Company intends to update shareholder on its operational strategies on or around July 22, 2016.

If company can update shareholders on DEBT restructuring and financing in general, I think that would help a lot.
