i would view it slightly differently
the most recent info was utilized for *ramping* needed volume
as previously noted .. it's very hard for CEs' to CONvince folks to part
with their actual shares .. without *accompanying* volume ..
3 things of interest to me *today* re: CTIX (stock)
timing of previously utilized CE (SA) (CE = colluding entity)
volume avgs (curious to see what daily reg sho % gets marked at today)
and new activation makes an appearance on ihub and *interaction* with
