The new P study won't have results til 2nd Q of 2017. He is thinking B-OM and/or B-UP will start to get results in 4th Q this year and a deal can be struck for one of those. Clearly we are looking farther in the future then thought before for a partnership. Long term probably the right move to maximize value. Short term pain.
