What many folks don't seem to realize is that the shorts likely helped drive up the price of CTIX to its high. They make money on the stock going both ways.

Can you imagine 15 years of failing to report correct information and then they blame it on their computer? lol So they were fined 7 million but how many billion did they make during those 15 years stealing from investors?
