TPAC Australia UPDATES….CEO Bill McKay reports:

· There was a conference call on Sunday to discuss the best way to penetrate both the defense and commercial markets and to provide an update on progress to date.

· The Australian team is comprised of both military (Navy, Air Force and Army) and commercial aerospace veterans.

· TPAC USA will be quoting TPAC AU directly, with products being made in China until such time as production levels or contract provisions warrant Australian in-country production.

· TPAC USA forecasts that sales numbers for Australia could exceed $5-8M annually, commencing in late 2016; potential for significantly higher in out years.

· Australia has a strong interest in developing a viable manufacturing base but lacks engineering expertise to develop new products; they will engage TPAC for expertise in this area.

· In addition, TPAC Australia has developed a comprehensive business plan to exploit the commercial and defense markets; the plan is very sound and TPAC anticipates posting the plan on its website in the near future.

· TPAC Australia has targeted areas in which there is a direct and immediate need and TPAC will assist TPAC AU in developing those markets.

· TPAC will send a team to Australia to meet with customers and TPAC Australia will attend an aerospace conference in September.

· TPAC sees a high level of interest in pursuing opportunities especially but not limited to opportunities with the expanding Australian Navy and with providing the Navy with more efficient and cost effective products for basic ship maintenance; TPAC’s self-lubricating liner system provides a superior alternative to products currently used by the Australian Navy.
