Your brokerage firm is moving slowly compared to some others. I am hopeful that some firms that now realize they are short and should be buying in what they are short actually do so. They have a fiduciary duty to insure you receive good delivery but most have in the past looked the other way. It would be great if this served as a wake up call. Remember the shorts are relentless.

Can you imagine 15 years of failing to report correct information and then they blame it on their computer? lol So they were fined 7 million but how many billion did they make during those 15 years stealing from investors?
