If and when a contract is signed, financing and establishing production infrastructure is still in the future. This will take some time, hopefully more news in a week or so.

If I were to sell, and that is highly unlikely, it would be only to the extent of recovering my initial investment cost and then enjoy the ride with remaining holdings. I don't understand why anyone would want to sell all at this point, especially when there are signs of progress.

It seems that some have lost all faith in GC and his product. I am not one of them.
