I'm not talking about the actual share structure.
I'm talking about using current NTEK shares to fund NTGL share distribution. Isn't NTGL market value included in NTEK's current market value from an accounting stand point ?
I'm just guessing here...I have no idea. It seems like separating the companies and share issuance would make the accounting a lot easier from an auditing stand point.
