That's going to be critical Winston. By lowering the AS to only 499,000,000 they've given themselves a lot of room to dilute. I would have preferred no more than 250,000,000 but so beit. Your call of Q4 incoming cash flow sufficient to fuel growth with only minimal dilution is absolutely key. That's where my attention will be focused. If they start diluting heavy right out of the gate the pps will tank and the long time Longs are finished. The fat lady to center stage.

However...

Now that the RS is complete and 80% of the debt is gone via restructuring, lets see if NTEK will step up to the plate with some solid news on a plan to move forward and grow our company. All the excuses are over NTEK, you've got your RS, now it's time to prove to your shareholders that our investment is still solid.
