One of the things that lux stated which was accurate is that things change in business. Veal said filings in 16, but Veal wasn't a party to a lawsuit as a defendent and a plaintiff. Since then, we've heard nothing from the CEO and I am almost positive that was under direction of his lawyers. Once the lawsuit was initaited, we would have to think that things would be delayed.

As far as the product launch, after July 4th could mean anything. They never gave it a range and there a plenty of things many of us don't even know about that can cause delays in a new product launch.

As far as the stock goes, most of us are invested here and can talk about it, gripe about it and worry about for as long as we want and as long as it takes for HJOE to emerge as a major player in the functional lifestyle business.
