I agree about the long term wait for this company to grow. When I first heard one of the co-founders that I know started this company I placed it on my watch list. This was 3 or more years ago. I was afraid that they would never make it but I'm now confident they will succeed. I think most investors just want to see some increase in their investment and get impatient. Hopefully after this lawsuit is behind us and the new product is release this will happen.
