Re: grizzlyman #25192
I had a different reaction. I'm glad that they are FOCUSING on doing things in an orderly fashion -- getting trials on track one by one. As Dr. B says they save time in the long run by doing the trials correctly, in the way that will compare CTIX drugs with existing ones and demonstrate efficacy, rather than ending up having to do another trial. FDA notoriously has asked small companies for more testing. Doing everything right the first time is better.
Yes, I wish CTIX had the money to proceed full-bore with all clinical trials right now.
Just in case there is anyone naive out there who doesn't want to be a bad person:
If you are short and/or bashing CTIX for your own financial gain, you are a MURDERER. People are dying who might be saved by CTIX drugs. By torpedoing this company when it was about to go over 5, and thus could be purchased by funds and other institutions, you hurt the company financially. Every day that a clinical trial proceeds more slowly than it could have (had more funding been available), someone who might have been saved by one of the drugs instead DIED.
Mako and all co-conspirators should be in the slammer for the rest of their lives.
