Agreed. That's the same story of the link I posted yesterday, but with a bit more detail on the convoluted legal struggles of all those other drugs. What a mess.
Seems to me that an outside BP will want to jump all over Prurisol because they can finish the drug development, have a superior form of delivery, most likely have superior efficacy, will have fresh patent exclusivity, and will be taking market share all while the legal battles with their competitors play themselves out. In my opinion, buying or licensing P will get that chosen BP ahead of the game.
