are used to controlling OTC outcomes .. they will bypass *legit* bids to reset
a feed to another CE (colluding entity) .. and they can get away with this
because it is allowed .. but this is why having this *visual* out of that 4 profit
site (OTC Markets) for patterns *shown* via RT l2 vs what is actually reported
(granted it is in arrears) is so beneficial for retail investors .. factor in ARCA's
utilization coupled with *daily* reg sho %s reported .. and it begins to reveal
the emperor truly has no clothes ..
