yep that is one of the reasons why multi aliased hedgie trolls have such issues
with documentation re: heavily targeted OTC stox like CTIX .. et al and cyber stalk

when retail can finally understand that all are targeted (because the OTC
is for the most part .. poorly watched) for the $$$$ provided to CEs'
(colluding entities) .. re: targeted stox' cycles of money in play (UP/DOWN) ..

retail can counter by basic factual data .. this includes daily tape of trades
and recognizing patterns in play (almost always) .. volume and volume avgs
(also a pattern) and what MMs' (marker manipulators) actually *report* to
FINRA for the prior month ..

decoys are utilized CONstantly by CEs' re: MMs .. and the tape of trades
is equally revealing re: how *trades* are handled ..
