As an investor with a "start up company" you have a greater voice than you might first think. For those who are merely passive, preach only patience, and advise shareholders to sell if they are unhappy, well that is pure horsesheeeet and pretty silly.
If you have real dollars and real skin in the game and have a "communication vehicle" to the people who are calling the shots you should use that avenue to get your point across and encourage management to do the right thing and act responsibly towards their SH's.
They are listening and by taking the attitude all is fine and dandy just allows them to continue doing what they have been doing which frankly is not a whole lot (especially on the SH updates, promised audits, NTGL distribution etc etc)
I do agree bitching on this board does little good but to bring out the cheerleaders who will defend the company at all costs even when it is totally unwarranted. That is why I continually write to management but apparently they need to hear from investors in much greater numbers
Good luck to all NTEK longs. We need alot of it.
