Gmta ..I must say I am encouraged about the Future Growth of Talk. Levy & Team have done their homework Geographic ally targeting Big College Towns and Norcross,(Atlanta) as hub.
1. Atlanta the Ny of the SE Corp
2. Houston top 10 in Us
3. TCU , Lubbock
4. 11 colleges within 50 miles of HotSprings
I can go on an on ! Southern Fla. next has The Univ of Mamii and metro .
Also have had some complaining about only 10.2 in Revs last year and minimal profits??? Are u kidding me ? Most businesses DO NOT show profits for few years due to start up costs , Inventory etc...Guess some of you people have never owned a Business expecting higher returns ASAP....
Levy has come thru thus far with Filings, although slow a RM time consuming. I am holding 1yr to avoid paying Capital Gains 28% I believe ? Glta
