THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on July 7, 2016, upon both the
Plaintiff’s Motion for Discovery Sanctions and for Protection and upon the Defendant’s Motion for Compel the Deposition of Kyle Kennedy and for Sanctions, and upon the agreement of both Parties, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDED as follows:
1. That both the Plaintiff’s Motion for Discovery Sanctions and Protection and the Defendant’s Motion to Compel Deposition of Kyle Kennedy and for Sanctions are hereby DENIED as Moot upon the stipulation of both Parties that the Depositions of both Kyle Kennedy and of Defendant Darrell Volentine were agreed to be taken in this action.
2. The Parties are hereby Ordered, as per their agreement, to produce both Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Volentine for Deposition before August 15, 2016.
Will Kyle the Koward simply disregard the order as his motion for protection suggested?
