I think this is a real possibility. I think he is too old to be part of the actual trial. But I wouldn't be surprised if they were able to get some sort of exemption from the FDA to treat him outside of the trial. We know the docs there think this is the best form of treatment for third degree burns.

I just read that the Texas Gov received 2nd & 3rd degree burns in an accident in Jackson Hole. He will be treated at the same burn center in Texas (Army) that I believe ESS slated trials are to be held.

Might be ESS could help the poor fella as he's already in a wheelchair from another accident.
