I'll be curious to see what tomorrow brings and the KBM response. Pure guess is a motion for default judgement followed by more positioning by both companies before the next status meeting on 9/13. I expect we will still be in waiting game status straight through the summer until Feuerstein further briefs the companies.

At this point I think HJOE will push for trial, although KBM could still seek a backdoor exit once they find that HJOE is serious in pursuing their counters. I think we have a good deal of time left to wait. In the meantime it's a great opportunity for people to research the fundamentals, get a flavor for the potential and buy right at the bottom.
