Well I certainly share your hope.
I don't have enough information to be confident though. Who knows.
The acquisition is a privately traded company. I once worked for a private company in the 12 to 15 million per year range that was purchased by an OTC company, and after the term sheet was signed and all was agreed upon it still took us and the lawyers almost 3 months just get everything audited and agreed upon and the deal announced.
If this is actually going to close this month, it would need to be pretty much all over but the shouting with only 3 weeks left in the month.
All that said, our CEO is being very quiet, acting very much like a man who has a lot of work to do, and who is under NDA until it's all done. His recent surface back on social media could very well mean we are close to the end of the quiet period and an announcement.
