Great post. Back in early May I spoke with someone who told me that there should have been better accounting of how money had been spent and would not be surprised if someone were held accountable. I even posted I thought he was gone back on May 11 when 10-K was late. Now, I believe that RF was forced out. The fact that he didn't list his tenure with AMBS on current job could mean he did not leave on good terms. He may have also been the chief architect of last summer's debacle with RS and push to uplist to NASDAQ.

I also beleive that negotiations for JV have been going on for several months and could be close to an agreement. The big question is how much $ is Amarantus getting and what % of ESS will they give up? The stock price doesn't reflect it but things are heading in the right direction. At these prices, I am a buyer.
