But then most the city and county police where I live have community college and firearms training. Then we can get into college security police, armed guards...that training bases go down even farther.
Have to get to State Police for any integrity
guns/police is kind of like oil/water They don't mix if you open the can and mix them.
Government needs a 10 billion dollar grant system for inner city training. Maybe we can call it the Al Sharpton fund ?
