20MM just put on ASK by CDEL at 11. That looks like a fake wall and trying to fill his order at 10 that has been sitting there for days.
VNDM only showing 200K which may not be dilution or they may be trying to coax buyers in to continue dumping.
Always a lot of games on the OTC. All the more reason to attract more, new, long term buyers with IR and you dont do that tweeting or emailing to the same shareholder group
