$AVXL ..
imo it's wise to recognize the pattern in play by those previous OTC companies
that successfully uplist and why when one understands the pattern/s
it makes it far easier to understand what usually will come next in the cycle
basic caveats:
all OTC stox are targeted for the cycle of money in play until abusive shorts
get *stuck* due to mgmts' ability to execute (usually NON RETAIL can outlast)
cycle of money includes the orchestration/s UP and the orchestration/s DOWN
(it's why certain SMBs have *overlapping* crews that bash one stock/co. while
pumping other stox/co.s .. but notice they always interact with each other)
when an OTC company can uplist (prefer Naz to NYSE) one almost always
sees a *RUN* on an OTC stock .. that will almost immediately be *reshorted/reset*
back down (equivalent response imo of those OTC companies who do a R/S
a year or so in advance of their planned Uplist)
volume (real or fake) always matters .. AVXL's *volume* increased recently
due to the Russell ..
before that event @ the EO last month .. *volume* showed true (i.e. non retail
can *walk a stock down on low volume* and requires *above avg volume*
on the take up .. diluting by wash trades to prevent PPS rising above controlled outcome)
and since non retail NEVER COVERs one second before they are forced to do so
because they can carry *abusive* shorts for perpetuity and they (non retail)
all collude making it far easier to *outlast* almost all *retail* and legit mgmt teams
abusive shorts can be *carried* for years ..
in the last 10 years *imo* the goal of NON RETAIL is to condition *retail investors* to trade based on CEs' (colluding entities) *controlled volatility*
and imo that works for NON RETAIL 99% of the time ..
imo based on what Anavex has (and like a few others) .. it falls in the 1% category
and it's why while there was no real PPS *appreciation* @ the Russell .. CEs'
couldn't do that kind of *volume* without an eventual PPS take UP ..
(after all they'd compressed AVXL's PPS pretty much non stop .. for damn near 9 months now)
pressure will remain thru EO month and my expectation is based on recent filing/s
that it will continue .. so NON RETAIL currently has few options .. they do too much *volume*
and they trigger reg sho (FTDs *visible*) .. or they try and do a controlled take UP
re: *volume* and PPS *appreciation* ..
CEs' need *legit* sells (not the wash traded variety done for *volume*)
I hold a core position of AVXL .. and utilize GTCs to both buy and sell a % of my core
i've learned an alternative way re: NON RETAIL's *undertakings* due to being chart
challenged .. that said Kudos to Xena for her RT (real time) calls on AVXL
