The really enticing thing with a company in a stable sector and great fundamentals and SS like SVTE are the (long run) possibilities....never 0.000s, some chance to hop in and out of the 0.00s, likely multiple penny (along the fair market cap valuation; right now 4 to 9 cents) but also a chance of a pps 25cents to sub dollar (within 1 or 2 years).
