I have read the leaks.....have you? If so...please state the specific reasons ..be it issues behind the negativity.....more importantly...over the 50 plus years of BITS....please show an example of the injustice via the arbitration board.
The TPP/TTIP diminishes the Government role...via the arbitration process.....so please cite what you are referring to.
And please do not attempt the spew against ISDS....the ISDS is another step at pushing away Government while allowing Capitalism to grow.
So I would ask you this politely..
... are you a Socialist/Communist..or progressive left wing liberal? and I already know you are not ....but humor me.
