Need the BID support to become active buyers and overwhelm the ASK. If any of them are true long term investors vs short term traders - $0.0002 is insignificant in the long term. That is why I still remain very suspect to the disconnect with the board and the action. Doesnt line up. When I am buying long term on stocks that are depressed - I dont wait for someone to buy out the cheap shares in one fell swoop while waiting for an "absolute" bottom.
