Yes I agree. There is a short position here. If they cover it could get explosive for the PPS. I hope they are forced to do so. Most shorts in these OTC pinks are created by debt holders who have convertible debt. Since we know from the filings there is still plenty of convertible debt I am not surprised that we would see shorting. It's common to see with any OTC with CDs. GLTA. $TXHD
