Israel, PLO, Jordan, Egypt, EU, US, Russia and United Nations. Then throw in Hezbollah, Syria ISIS, al-Qaeda, Iraq and Iran.
Now add in UK pulling out from EU The United Nations dysfunction, The US nation building dysfunction. The Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan and Pakistan problems.
all someone needs to do is piss on someones boot.
Long story short. The US is the buffer between the piss hitting the boot.
