I've heard about $10 million on another board, but not sure. But some of the lenders are "friendlier" than Magna, so if they could pay off Magna, that would be a big turning point. The reason some of the other lenders were selling was to protect their investment because Magna was selling and the price was dropping. Also keep in mind if the share price goes up, than the amount of dilution to pay off the rest of the lenders drops exponentially- the opposite of what causes the death spiral in the first place.
