In terms of the OTC, revenues of over 10-11mil is rare. However, there are other factors that are keeping this down...specifically...everything that has or hasn't happened since they announced the merger. Its a flippers paradise even though they didn't pump it themselves, the enthusiasm for the merger based on prior UMS projections and then the bashers/flippers telling people its going down because of (pick one)...

No filings or weeks/months before they will be out

and longs selling their shares so the F'ing flippers can buy them up and do it all over again doesn't help. BTW...it was a flipper that dropped it to 8 today. I am sure they hope some longs will get scared and sell so they can buy your shares so when the next filing is released they can do it again.

In order for the pps to move we need the first quarter 10Q and they need to file on time every quarter afterward showing increases in revenues and reporting profits.

I think that will be done this year but longs need to stop listening to the flippers who bash/pump relentlessly here. Selling at these levels is not worth the time it would take to enter the order.
