No GS, I was saying that KBM's response will not be seen until hjoe files on on the 11th, the only entry that needed to be filed was the letter hjoe's attorneys already filed, a notice of motion. Everything else including KBM's response all the briefs, the affidavits everything will be file as a bundle next week.
