No school/government sanctioned or mandated prayer in public schools. Tax payer funded schools are funded by ALL taxpayers, not just Christian 'taxpayers'..
The law as Constitutionally interpreted also insures there will be no Jewish prayers nor Muslim prayers piped in over the intercom or led by a teacher.
You busy bodies would be better and well advised to not farm out religious instruction to public schools, o tor pay for a private school to do what you have no confidence that you can do yourself.
Lastly, old joke. As long as there are 'pop quizzes' kids will pray in schools.
