Pacer posts information it garners from court proceedings and filings. They would not know whether the opposition had been served. However, if KBM failed to meet the court mandate of serving oppostion, I feel certain that HJOE would file a motion for default judgement which Pacer would have picked up. For this reason, my opinion is that HJOE has been served.
