this small float is so locked by IHubbers...amazing...this will be an amazing gap run up this year for sure...and then I am cautiously optimistic that instead of a typical OTC retreat we rather will establish a new base around the penny threshold to develop a mid term investment based on fundamentals, sector development and marketing niche
