I question #1) That there is JV in the works at all (how do we know that anything they post is true) #2) If there is a JV in the works, the only reason it would make any sense to partner with someone, obviously not a big BP, is to ELIMINATE all the toxics. If the JV does not accomplish that, what would be the point? So we now have a partner that we get to split the proceeds, IF it ever gets to market? I keep thinking that they are going to try and off load ESS, just like they did Lympro. It would not surprise me. I guess we will know in 30 days.
