Hostess Brands to Become Publicly Traded Company in Gores Deal
Hostess Brands LLC plans to become a publicly listed company after reaching an agreement with Gores Holdings Inc.
Gores Holdings, a special-purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Gores Group LLC, will provide $375 million through a trust account, and additional investors have committed another $350 million in a private placement, the companies said in a statement.
