According to the transfer agent Pacific Stock Transfer, SRGE has the following amount of shares as of April 30th 2016:
Authorized Shares = 1,500,000,000
Outstanding Shares = 1,095,297,868
Best case on my valuation then would be $378,140,218 / 1,095,297,868 shares = $0,35
The float according to otcmarkets as of Nov 2nd 2012 is 215,957,230 shares and this number is the tradeable amount of shares. The float is very low. Gold today is moving up again but silver has risen above $20. Anything is possible and nothing can be ruled out.
